Antalya Film Forum and Netflix Turkiye announces “Series Pitching Platform” to develop and expand the talent pool
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality announced Antalya Film Forum’s collaboration with Netflix Turkiye, to create room for development of new series. The Series/Short Series Pitching Platform will take place between October 2nd-6th, 2022, included in the 59. Antalya Golden Orange (Altın Portakal) Film Festival program.
The projects will be evaluated by the jury, consisted of local and international directors, screenwriters, film fund managers, TV channel executives and distributors. Five projects will be selected within the applicants of Series/Short Series Pitching Platform, to be presented to industry professionals.
Aiming to support the development of new series and short series, the pitching platform’s grand prize will be awarded by Netflix Turkiye. The grand prize includes 100.000 TL (~$ 5.500) given by Netflix’ Grow Creative and the selected project will be included in the Netflix Turkiye Series Project Development Workshop. Netflix Turkiye also acquires first window right to evaluate the awarded project.
